Leading with Questions shares excerpt from my new book

The first sample copies of my new book, Asking Great Questions – an essential companion for every leader, arrived during our last DC week in Canmore with a group of great leaders, it was a thrill to see the book actually in print at last. My delight with the cover design probably shows in this snap photo taken moments after I had the book in my hands.

This photo was quickly posted on social media by some of the group I spent DC week with. As a result, I was contacted by the delightful Bob Tiede of the online blog LeadingwithQuestions.com who has kindly asked me to write some guest posts on his site. He has just posted an excerpt from the introduction to Asking Great Questions and shared it with his online community for which I am grateful. It’s the first time I’ve found myself reaching further into the online world and I can’t wait to see what, if anything happens. I really hope it helps this book make it’s way to many people’s desks as a daily tool to inspire new conversations for life and leadership. Asking Great Questions can be ordered here from Amazon. Thank you and enjoy.

My work has taken me around the globe and to conversations with people from many different nationalities, cultures and organisations. Wherever I've gone, the power of real conversation, founded on intentional listening and enlightened questioning, has been welcomed. It’s a core piece of our humanity to create the space for conversations that matter and to build connection and meaning with members of our family, our business and our communities.
